Each calendar consists of 13 pages including 12 full colour pages on a choice of 3 stocks, one page for each month of course, with 1 full colour front cover. Our A3 calendars are printed portrait before being bound with a 6.9mm white ring wire and finished with a wall hanger insert.

Date Template

If you've designed your calendars artwork or images but need the dates adding in for you, we can do that! All you need to do is send us 13 images set up to the dimensions below and our artwork team will do the rest.

Please note that our calendar templates are UK standard dates and will run from January to December.

Technical specifications

Colour: CMYK
File Format: Multipage .PDF - The file should contain all the pages you wish to be printed in your calendar (13 pages in total). Remember to put them in the correct order starting with the outer cover.
Resolution: 300DPI
Bleed: 3MM

A few tips to get brilliant results...

Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job.

Ensure your design is set up to the correct size and proportions (see above) - make sure you set it up to the artwork size, as this includes bleed which gets cut down to the finished size when printed.

Choose contrasting colours to produce eye-catching calendars that stand out.

If your pages are compressed into a .zip file you might want to use We Transfer to send us your artwork over.
