ARTWORK & PROOFS

UPLODING ARTWORK

PDF via Website:
You can upload your artwork files as per the specifications on each product pages. This is done via a file upload using a PDF file.

Dropbox: [PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS]
If you are unable to upload a PDF, you can still complete your order by adding the product straight to you basket, and completeing the check out. You can then upload your artwork to our Dropbox link here under your order number once you have processed the order.

Previews:
If your preview isn't displayed correctly, don't worry! You can proceed with the order but please ensure you either add a comment in the notes section of your order, or follow up with our team via email.

Proofs:
For all garment orders, such as t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, tote bags & tea towels, we will always send a digital proof once we receive your order. We will not send an order through to production until we have proof approval. Please note, we will only send a proof once we have received your order & artwork confirmation.

On digital & merchandise items such as badges, stickers & business cards, we will only send a proof if we have any queries. If you would like to see a proof, please ensure you add a note to your order comments.

Please ensure all files are uploaded using the specifications provided, and as per the below format:

Colour Format: CMYK
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpi

Once you've uploaded your artwork, it will be checked over by our dedicated artwork team here in Leeds, and they'll be straight in touch with any queries.

Whilst we're working through products on our new site, some items may not be available to purchase online.
 
Good news however! All products listed on the website are available, and we can provide quotes & process orders manually.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please note, for UK orders over £150 (exc VAT), all orders are shipped via courier on a next working day service. For orders under £150 (exc VAT), your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 48hour tracked service unless specified otherwise. For international deliveries, this is dependant on location & order type. You can see all our delivery information here. 

If you have a deadline, please ensure you make us aware!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Website: You can make payment directly through the website on the checkout page via a credit/debit card.

BACS: we can send you our BACS detais for faster payment

Payment Link: Alternatively, we can send you a payment link via TakePayments. Please contact us at info@print.inc with your sales order number for further information.

We accept all major forms of debit / credit card including Visa & Master Card

You can also pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay at the checkout.
