Premium quality, lightweight AS Colour five panel cap, available in 4 colours and made from 100% cotton. With a low profile fit, curved peak as well as adjustable fastener with metal clasp and matching tonal under-peak lining, these caps are perfect for any clothing brand or band.
These retail quality caps can be decorated with up to 12 colour embroidery as standard. We can also offer multiple embroidery positions, this additional option is not included as a standard so please contact us to discuss your requirements on this.
RRP on these caps when decorated with custom embroidery ranges from £15-25!

Embroidery Process
Using our embroidery processes your design is recreated as threads, and we match the colour of the thread as closely as possible to the colours in your original artwork. We can embroider designs with up to 12 colours.
Included in the price is a digitised proof, which we will send across to you for approval before your order goes into production - so you can see how your design will look when embroidered.
When proofing your order, we will select the closest matching thread colour to your artwork. Specific thread colour matches are available at £20 per colour.

- File Format: You can either upload your artwork above as PDF, or for other file types, add your items to basket & complete your order. You will then receive a confirmation email containing a Dropbox link to upload your artwork. Once we have received your artwork our team will be in contact with proofs for approval prior to print.
A few tips to get brilliant results...
Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job.
When we receive your order through we will match your artwork to the closest possible thread colours. You will receive a proof through of your digitised artwork with the thread colours before production begins.
